Welcome to Lixor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lixor mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Lixor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
Lixor is a video-to-Live Photo generation tool designed exclusively for adult users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lixor. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not permit minors to use the service, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe this requirement is violated.
Lixor provides users with the ability to:
• Upload video files
• Convert videos into Live Photos
• View and manage processing history within the application
We may update, modify, or improve features at any time without prior notice.
By using Lixor, you agree that you will:
• Only upload content that you have the legal right to use
• Not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the application
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate using the service.
5. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload to Lixor. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to:
• Process your uploaded videos for the purpose of generating Live Photos
• Store and display your content within the app for history and functionality purposes
We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to use Lixor to:
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive material
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers
• Use the app for commercial exploitation without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
Lixor processes and stores user-generated content to provide core functionality such as video conversion and history tracking. Storage duration depends on operational needs and user actions (such as deletion or app uninstall).

We aim to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee that Lixor will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
Lixor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
• The service will meet all user expectations
• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All content will be processed without delay or issues
Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lixor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the application
• Data loss or corruption
• Unauthorized access to user content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lixor at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lixor after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
